I was here during the firework festival, and the staffs worked quickly and politely even though there are tons of customers. Although might bot be fluent but staffs are willing to try speaking english. Their yukata and accessories are cute ans varied, would definitely come and try again.

Rent yukata for the summer festival. It's a great experience. For best prices reserve in advance. They do accept walk-ins but it will cost more. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Large selection to choose from.
