They were super kind and easy to talk to even though my Japanese isn’t good. I think someone with less Japanese language skill would also have a good experience here. They had many English menus.
A wonderful kimono rental shop! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, patiently explaining everything. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and we felt welcome right away. Highly recommend!
