I was here during the firework festival, and the staffs worked quickly and politely even though there are tons of customers. Although might bot be fluent but staffs are willing to try speaking english. Their yukata and accessories are cute ans varied, would definitely come and try again.

The store is conveniently located near Osaka Station. The staff is helpful and friendly. They know English and will help dress you, and although they said it takes 1hour to dress you, in reality it only took 30 minutes max. Highly recommend!

Friendly and kind service, a lot of yukata and accessories to choose from, clean and good condition. Provides very detailed hair setting with many flowers accessories to choose from, the hair setting stayed on for a couple of hours. Choosing to return the other day allowed us to walk around the matsuri event at night time and took a few more pictures back at the hotel.
