It was great fun. The staff were friendly and polite but wished it could have been much faster. Although we made a reservation the whole process still took almost 2 hours.

I made an online reservation which was very easy and convenient for 4 persons (2girls and 2 men) for basic one star treatment. In store you can choose and add additional styles (fancy Obi or more hair accessories) for additional price (550yen each), also a simple hairdo was included but we chose a more fancy one (styles between 1500yen and 2200yen extra).

We were very happy with our looks and treatment! Whole store was foreigner friendly/ englisch speaking ?
